PAYMENT
Currently we are only using PayPal, however you can make a purchase with Visa or Mastercard when buying via PayPal.
SHIPPING
We send domestic orders via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders will be sent within two business days of being received. We will email you when your order is shipped with the tracking number.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Airmail. Delivery time can take anywhere from a week to four weeks depending on where you live. Unfortunately tracking isn't available for First Class Airmail so if your package doesn't arrive it is not our responsibility. All customs fees and taxes are borne by the buyer.
RETURNS
We love our shirts and hope you do too. However if you are unhappy with an item we will gladly process a return or an exchange under the following conditions:
- We must be notified via email at info@smokeandmirrors.com of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
- Item must be received by us within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in unaltered condition. No exceptions.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be pre-paid.
- We recommend shipping returns using a tracking number so you can monitor it's status.
- We cannot accept returns on orders outside of the USA and Canada.
- You can exchange an item for another one of similar value.
If we sent you the wrong item please get back to us immediately so we can get the correct item out to you.
PRIVACY
All information we receive from you for your order will only be used in processing that order and will not be provided to any outside person or organization.
If you sign up for our mailing list we will not give your email address to any outside person or organization. At the bottom of each email we send will be a link where you can opt out of our mailing list.
